So with our last feature, I brought along my friends Dave and Joey to help out. Well, they were enamored with the car and took it into their own hands to take some shots of their own. These pictures were shot with either an HTC Sensation or an iPhone 4S.
Thanks again to Dave and Joey, the shots came out great!

Sert's E36 M3 has been one that I have admired. It's low, loud, and looks amazing. It has the 3 L's. It sits low on Raceland Ultimo coilovers, and I do mean low. This picture above is just before we had to guide him over a metal plate that was about 1/2" tall. His undercarriage barely cleared.
Augmenting the looks is the LTW wing that I think really sets off the car. If you own an E36 Coupe, get a wing, it works.
The rolling stock is BBS Style 5 wheels pushed to the corners with 20mm rear and 10mm front spacers. It sits perfectly and allows a proper stance.
The custom exhaust was finished the day before the shoot, and haters will hate, but I love it! It's not bosozoku-style, and not DTM either. It's unique and sounds amazing!
This is now one of my favorite M3's, no matter the generation. Special thanks to Sert, Dave, and Joey. Dave and Joey rocked the cell phones and I was impressed with some of their shots, so next week, I'll be posting those.

Our previous feature of the BMW E36 had a video taken at the same time, and it has finally dropped. Check it out here: https://vimeo.com/47746636

This car sounds amazing, look forward to a feature and video from [func-shun] soon.

Allen Isakson, the owner of this BMW, has been working on these wheels for months. Getting the bolts gold-plated, refinishing the face, barrels, and lips. Finally, yesterday he got the tires on and we immediately went out to shoot the car. I was fortunate enough to shoot pictures and video, but the video is a couple weeks out. I'll post an update when it gets done.
As you can see, the wheels came out perfectly. The gold, white, and red, with polished lips just seem to accent each other in the best way possible. And when the front bags let the air out, it sits perfectly on top of the tires.
The rear is currently sitting on Ultimo coilovers, but that will be rectified in the near future with an air setup. The interior has been spruced up with a wood Momo steering wheel, a custom-covered B5 Passat rear window shade, and tan suede-wrapped pillars.
Allen's wife is expecting within the next week, and this will be one cool ride for the baby to ride around in. Not everyone can roll 16" BBS RS wheels on their daily.
Other future plans include body work, repainting the car, and putting wider lips on the wheels.

While in California shooting a new feature for Battle Stance, I checked out the Avila Motoring Invitational put on by Stance Works. Check out this video I created for [func-shun]

Hello Battle Stance! My name is Trent. Some changes are happening around Battle Stance. You'll notice that the site has not been updated in some time. Jordan has been busy with other projects and life in general. This is where I step in. I'm taking over, but I stand united in Jordan's original plan for the site. Look for more features, videos, meets, and more. And it'll be happening soon. I currently run CAMautoMag and [func-shun] with some friends so this isn't my first car blog rodeo.
This does not mean anyone is going away, Jordan will still be involved, but this will allow him to focus on his other projects. I've been a frequent viewer of Battle Stance and would love to see it succeed, so look for a site redesign coming soon, more merch, and a new feature that I'm shooting this weekend. In the meantime, check out my other sites and get excited!

P.S. Feel free to email me with any changes/suggestions you might have. tbray [at] camautomag.com

So as some of you may know, I recently sold my Subaru. But it is in good hands now and will be making another appearance on this site with a whole new look so stay tuned!
I decided to go in a whole different direction this time and picked up this 2002 Lexus GS300. I went with the Ksport airtech pro plus kit for suspension, and after sorting out a few issues with it finally got everything in and working properly. As far as wheels I've always had kind of a soft spot for Work Eurolines and just happened to find the perfect set! They are 19x9+15 front and 19x10 +10 rear with 225/30R19 and 235/30R19 tires. After getting everything installed and fitted properly I went out with a couple of our other photographers, Nik Preusser, and Joel Head to snap a few pictures and shoot some video. I have some more minor plans for the car in the future and I'm sure you will see more of it but here is what we came up with for now! Enjoy!

Here is the video I threw together

And Nik's version!

Our latest feature is from another Utah local, Ivan Rivera. Ivan drives a 1994 Acura Integra GS-R with a 98-01 rear conversion and a jdm ITR front end. Wheel/tire setup is a set of 15x8+20 Konig wide opens with 205/50r15 - 195/55r15 tires. You don't see many 4door integras with the ITR front end. Props to Ivan on a good looking car with good fitment, its nice to see something a little different!

Hello, and welcome to the BattleStance blog! For those who don't know what BattleStance is all about, let this post serve as a little introduction.

It started out as just a small group of friends with a common interest in slammed, stanced cars and the culture that surrounds it all. BattleStance was a term we used to describe cars that were slammed, wide wheels, aggressive fitment, basically just looked mean and "ready for battle" so to speak haha. We kind of just adopted the name to our little group, and it has just grown from there. We started producing, shirts, hoodies, stickers, all kinds of stuff to rep BattleStance here in our local scene but figured we would start a blog and try to start expanding. By no means is BattleStance some exclusive little "crew", but more just a group of people with a common interest in stanced cars and car culture.

A couple of us are gonna try to keep this blog updated regularly. It will be a look into our lifestyle consisting of the sickest cars (of course), music, video's, cool gear, events, and whatever else is going on! So stay tuned, drop us a line or say whats up when you see us locally. Come pick up some merch or something!
    Enjoy!
